These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between oxeyn and the customer. Additional product-specific policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Manage Subscription page, take priority where applicable.
3. The Offer
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Images are indicative and may vary due to screen settings. Pricing or listing errors are not binding.
4. The Contract
A contract is formed once the customer completes checkout and receives an order confirmation. oxeyn takes reasonable measures to secure electronic transactions.
5. Prices
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes where required. oxeyn reserves the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors.
6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
By selecting a subscription, you agree that your chosen payment method will be automatically charged at the recurring interval shown at checkout, until you cancel. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal through your account or by contacting care@oxeyn.com. See our Manage Subscription page for details. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund an order that has already shipped.
7. Right of Return (30 Days)
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Because oxeyn is a consumable product, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Return requests must be submitted by email. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Return Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
9. Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:
- opened or used products
- items missing their original packaging
- final sale or promotional items
- returns requested more than 30 days after the delivery date
10. Delivery
Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, with estimated delivery times shown in our Shipping Policy. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. In case of significant delays, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
11. Product Use & Health Disclaimer
oxeyn is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Always read the label before use. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your physician before use. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience any adverse reaction.
12. Allergens
oxeyn contains fish (from collagen). It is the customer's responsibility to review the full ingredient list and allergen information before purchase. oxeyn is not liable for reactions resulting from ingredients disclosed on the product page and label.
13. Liability
oxeyn is not liable for:
- reactions or sensitivities to ingredients disclosed on the label
- misuse of the product or use contrary to the instructions
- results that vary from person to person, as individual results are not guaranteed

14. Intellectual Property
All content on oxeyn.com, including our brand name, logo, product names, text, images, graphics, and design, is the property of oxeyn and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content or branding without our prior written permission.
15. Payment
Payment must be completed at checkout. oxeyn may cancel orders with failed or reversed payments.
16. Complaints
Complaints can be reported to care@oxeyn.com. We aim to respond within a few business days.
