Refund & Returns Policy

At oxeyn, we want every order to feel right. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

1. How to Start a Return
To begin, email care@oxeyn.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We aim to respond within 24 hours and will guide you through the process.

2. Return Conditions
Because oxeyn is a consumable product, we can only accept returns of items that are:

• Unopened and unused
• Undamaged and in their original, sealed packaging
• Within 30 days of the delivery date
  For safety and hygiene reasons, opened sachets or boxes cannot be returned.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service, as oxeyn is not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used products
• Damaged items or items missing their original packaging
• Final sale or promotional items
• Returns requested more than 30 days after the delivery date

6. Subscriptions
To manage, pause, or cancel a subscription, please see our Manage Subscription page. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal.

7. Important Notes

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Returned items must be shipped back and packaged securely.
• If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot accept the return.
